Joseph "Joe" Patrick Di Nardo, age 67, found everlasting peace on Sunday, October 1, 2023. Joe was born in Milwaukee on March 17, 1956 to parents Egisto and Olimpia (Cristan) Di Nardo.
Joe was co-founder of Northstar Manufacturing in Milwaukee and devoted much of his time to the business, building lasting relationships with clients and teaching many who were interested in the tool and die trade. His passion for his work was passed down to his sons, Pete and Tom, who now operate the business. Joe also enjoyed flying and had his commercial pilot's license. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Carol Dumais and children, Jennifer (Rick) Van Iperen, Peter (Lyndsy) Di Nardo, Thomas Di Nardo, Emily (Keegan) Leckrone, and step-daughter Kristin (Michael Olen) Lisak. He is also survived by eight grandchildren: Mya, Gavin, Brynn, Chase, Payton, Elle, Luka and Astrid; his sister Janet (Rob) Ladd; nephew Jonathan (Stephanie) Ladd and niece Jessica (Dean) Sperstad. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, October 9 at Harder Funeral Home in Brookfield from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Continued visitation at Wisconsin Memorial Park – Chapel of Chimes, 13235 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield on Tuesday, October 10 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 10:30 AM, followed by a celebration of life.
