Joseph "Levi" Pierce, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Levi was care free spirit, he loved long car rides to nowhere listening to music, coloring and spending time with his family.
He was born on January 29, 1963 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to Virgil and Sarah (Anderson) Pierce. He is preceded in death by his Father, Virgil Edward Pierce, Mother, Sarah Belle Pierce, and Brother, Albert Pierce.
Levi is survived by his loving Wife of years, Wife, Patricia F. Pierce, Sons, Daniel (Jacqueline) Pierce, Ben (Jennifer) Pierce, Brian (Jessica) Pierce, Grandchildren, Peyton Pierce, Brian Pierce, Jr., Ava Pierce, Maiya Pierce, Abby Pierce, Sister, Lynn (Bobby) Williams, Nephew, Austin Williams, Nieces, Madisyn Williams, Sarah Williams.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).
The family requests that contributions in Levi’s memory be made to National Emphysema Foundation by mail or online.
