Joe's cousin, Dolly Lukasik (my mother) related many funny and loving stories about Joe including how he provided her with a Tom Collins on the even of one of the families weddings. When Dolly was not feeling good the following morning her mother Veronica asked what had happened to her. Dolly said she was introduced to a Tom Collins. Dolly and the entire Prsygocki clan spent many happy times together. I am certain Dolly was among the many welcoming Joe to his eternal reward. Rest in love, Joe!

When Joe retired from Kuhlman-Detroit Electric Furnace, and K-DEF closed, he made sure customers weren't left high and dry and had parts available for their equipment by operating a parts department from his basement. Joe cared about folks and fostered strong relationships. He worked tirelessly to comfort his wife Ruth during her long battle with Alz. His presence will be missed by all who knew him.

Dear Carol, Sharon, Steffi, Joanna & Richard: i'm so sorry to hear of uncle Joe's passing in Texas. It's sad & ironic yet somehow wonderful that he died exactly 6 yrs to the day on the same Memorial Day holiday Monday as my dad did. The best buddies are together again, planning their drives up to the 80 acres to feed my dad's apples to the deer, in preparation for their hunting season in heaven. My deepest condolences & sympathies to all of you on your loss. Love, hugs & prayers. Cousin Judi & family
