Joseph is survived by his son, Mark Richey; daughter, Tammy Saddler; son-in-law, Leo Reyes; and granddaughter, Melinda Franco, along with her husband, Ozzy. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Parkerson Richey; mother, Minnie Richey; and daughter, JoAnn Reyes.
His family remembers him not only as a devoted father and grandfather but also as a man who took joy in caring for them and engaging with the world around him. Joseph Leroy Richey will be missed deeply by all who knew him, and his spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
