Joseph "JoJo" Phillip Terrell Jr. entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the age of 56. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Husband of Judy Terrell. Father of Joel and Jade Valasquez. Son of Joseph Phillip Terrell, Sr., Elenor Harris and the late Charles Harris, Jr. Grandson of the late Lawrence and Ceola Pierce, JP Terrell, and Francis Chess. Brother of Lisa Pierce Phipps (Clifford), Christopher Terrell, Mavis Harris, Avis Harris, Polly Harris and the late Larry Harris. Nephew of Janice (Leroy) Hughes, Carolyn Terrell, Erma Terrell, Sharron Neal, Debra Chess, Alfred George Terrell, Dave Terrell, Rev. Carl Terrell, Patricia Terrell, Patrick Terrell and the late Jacquelyn Foley, Larry Terrell, Bracey Chess and Anita Terrell. Uncle of Mariyah Harold, Joshua Harold Jr., and Jeremiah Harold, also survived by a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Life Center Cathedral, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St, Gretna, LA on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Minister Larry Henry officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor. Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
