Joseph P. Triola

Joseph Peter Triola, longtime resident of Lambertville, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at the age of 83.
Joe was born in Floral Park, Long Island, NY, on October 28, 1940, to the late Joseph and Rose Triola. He was preceded in death by his beloved older sister, MaryAnn Morabito and her husband, Frank, who was like a brother.
He met the love of his life, Rosalie (nee Puleo), in 1959 when her cousin introduced them and he took her to church in his black Pontiac convertible. Devoted father of Joseph (Toni) Triola, Rose (Jerry) Hutson, Stephanie (Carl) Goldschmidt, and Michael (Theresa) Triola. Loving Grandpa of 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, who will greatly miss his regular phone calls and cherish his sweet voicemails which always began by stating the time, date, and weather.
Hardworking and industrious, Joe started his own business, West Amwell Mason Supply, at age 31 with the help of his father. As hard as he worked, he was just as passionate about enjoying life with friends and family. Hospitable and a great conversationalist, he made people feel welcome and valued; and whether at his home or others' he always made sure to supply plenty of food. He was a life-long learner with varied interests, and he daily read his Bible.
Joe will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to God and family, his sharp church suits, the video camera perpetually on his shoulder, and his fondness for good pizza (best enjoyed around the table with loved ones).
Services will be held Friday, June 14, 2024, at John F. Givnish Funeral Home in Buckingham, PA. Viewing 9-10AM, service 10-11AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Central Bucks Christian Fellowship (5908 Groveland Road, Pipersville, PA 18949).
Interment will follow in Holcombe Riverview Cemetery.
