I just saw this obituary and it broke my heart! Dr. Joe was an amazing Doctor who taught me the art of imaging patients with Medical Thermography to help diagnose RSD/CRPS. I will forever remember how eager he was to share his vast knowledge and help me learn a very important skill - one that successfully supported me in my career as a Medical Thermographer. My condolences to the Pauli and the Uricchio family. Kristin Burton

I wish to express my deepest condolences to Dr.'s family, friends, and all who knew him. I was his Office Manager Jan/1988-Jan/1990. "Trailing spouse syndrome" relocated me. He promised there would never be "a dull moment" and indeed it was as described. Working two years in medicolegal proved to be advantageous in my future career endeavors. I have nothing but the utmost respect and fond memories of my time with Dr., and staff, in Winter Park. Sincerely, Kathy Boone Spencer West Raleigh NC
