Josephine F. Frushour, 98 of Lucerne passed away at 8:50 p.m, Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Chase Center in Logansport.
Born on May 15, 1926 in White County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Arvilla (DeWitt) Eikelburner.
She attended Star City High School.
On November 5, 1944 she married William V. Frushour. He preceded her in death on April 15, 2008.
Josephine was a lifelong homemaker. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church in Lucerne.
She enjoyed spending time with family.
Survivors include her daughter, Joy Gorringe (Curt) of Ft. Wayne, grandchildren, Stephen Scott, Charles Scott, Amanda Gorringe, and Alex Gorringe. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Wilma Bowers.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be at Zion Cemetery in Lucerne.
