Sharon K. Hamilton, 80 of Royal Center passed away at 8:45 a.m., Friday, August 15, 2025 at Ascension Seton Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born on July 28, 1945 in Richmond, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Bonna (Bolton) Spence.
On March 28, 1964 she married Duane B. Hamilton, he survives.
She was a lifelong homemaker. Sharon enjoyed spending time with family and was known for her texting ministry of scriptures to many.
Survivors include her husband, Duane Hamilton of Royal Center, daughters, Christina Kiser (Brian) of Noblesville, Cathy Schiffman (Dale) of Centerville, Tennessee and Carrie Kissel (Aaron) of Haubstadt, sisters, Fran Colombo (Ron) of O’Fallon, Missouri and Dalena Ladd (Doug) of Troy, Missouri, grandchildren, Jessica Kiser, John Kiser (Sydney), Emily Kiser, Anna Kiser (fiancé, Noah), Kenneth Schiffman (Lizzy), Makenna (Schiffman) Wolford (Kaden), Emma (Schiffman) Simmons (Ethan), Joseph Schiffman, Maggie Schiffman, Jacob Kissel (fiancé, Sydney), Henry Kissel, Clara Kissel and Lucas Kissel and great grandchildren, Liam Wolford, Jael Schiffman and 2 more due this year.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center.
Graveside Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville, Indiana.
