He is preceded in death by his mother, Angela Murray Bullard; grandparents, Louise Autry Bullard, Ann Marie King, and Arthur Champion Murray.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Jessica Bullard of the home; daughter, Claudia Lenore Bullard of Garner; step-son, Leo Tanner of the home; father, Lloyd Douglas Bullard of Garner; brother, Caleb Douglas Bullard & wife, Brittany of Stedman; grandfather, Douglas Bullard of Stedman; aunt, Jennifer Louise Bullard of Stedman; and many cousins.
