Joshua Conrad Heinrich was born on June 5th 1977, to Cindy and Tom Heinrich, at Emanuel Hospital in Portland Oregon. Unfortunately our beloved father, son, grandson, brother, cousin, friend unexpectedly passed away on March 26th 2024.
Josh was raised in Gresham Oregon and graduated from Gresham High School in 1995.
On February 1st, 1999, he joined the Marine Corps. During his time in the Marines, he served as an Airport Rescue Fire Fighting Specialist. He received the Marine Corps good conduct medal, National Defense Service medal, Navy Unit commendation, Meritorious Mast, and the Rifle Marksman badge. Josh's active service was completed, and he was honorably discharged January 31, 2003.
Josh was an avid lover of all things outdoors ever since he was a young child. He especially enjoyed hiking, fishing, camping, beach trips, golfing, snowboarding, and Kayaking. He made sure to share this love with all of the children in the family.
Josh is survived by his mother Cindy, Father Tom, step-mother Cher, daughter Alyssia, bonus children Adonis and Makiya, brother Jacob, Sisters Jennifer and Jessica, grandmother Lila, Grandfather Donald, step-grandmother Shirley, 26 cousins, nieces and nephews and his best friend/dog Maverick. The entire family will forever miss and love him.
Graveside service was held at Willamette National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers financial gifts can be made to any veterans charity or the Oregon Humane Society.
