Joshua Herndon, age 34 of Ball Ground, Georgia passed away August 4, 2025. Josh was born on July 14, 1991 to Joan Quarles and Buster Herndon in Jasper, GA.
Survivors include: his daughter Dallas Renee Herndon of Ball Ground; wife Ashley Herndon of Canton; mother Joan Quarles of Ball Ground; father Buster Herndon (Ann Bryant) of Jasper; sister Kayla Satterfield of Canton; brother Dustin Bannister of Tennessee; step daughter Lailynn; his favorite uncle Leon Quarles; and a host of aunts, uncles, one niece and nephew, and other family also survive.
Josh was preceded in death by his grandmother Shirley Herndon and grandfather Larry Quarles.
Services will be held Sunday August 10, 2025 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Roper Funeral Home. The interment will follow at Lake Forest Memorial Park.
The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Saturday August 10, 2025 from 2:00pm until 9:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help the family with the financial burden during this difficult time.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
