Joshua “Josh” Lee Jones was born March 19, 1988 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Sandra Spiva and Mark Jones.
From his early life on, Josh was an active person. He enjoyed being outside and playing with friends as a kid. Josh loved cooking on the grill and barbecuing with his family and friends. His greatest passion was listening to and making music. Josh was a lover of all genres, but rap was his forte. If you’d ask him what his greatest accomplishment was, he’d say going to the studio and recording songs with his brother.
Josh was a proud member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, and he represented that everywhere he went. He loved his two nephews, Alex and Eli, more than anything. He was a proud uncle and always did everything he could for them. His nephews were his world.
Josh’s life was tragically cut short on December 19, 2025. He will be dearly missed.
Josh is survived by his parents, Sandy Spiva and Mark Jones; his children, Josh Jr. and Rubi Jones; his brother, Markie Jones; his nephews, Alex and Eli along with their mother Court, whom he called his sister; his uncle, Jonas; aunts, Cheryl, Carla and Kim; cousins, Mikie, Brandon, Rhiannon, Ashley, Joe, Dakota and Minco and many more relatives, cousins, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and friends.
Josh made a lasting impression on all the people he encountered and will never be forgotten.
