Joshua “Josh” C. Wolbers, passed away at home on November 4, 2025. He was born in Iowa on August 25, 1976 and grew up and lived in Davenport until relocating to Oregon, IL. Josh was a lover of the great outdoors and enjoyed spending his time fishing, hunting, 4 wheeling and camping. He had a passion for animals especially exotic fish and his dogs. He enjoyed working for many exotic pet stores and tending to his exotic fish tank. He was a Chicago sports fan never missing a chance to cheer on the Bears, Blackhawks, and Cubs. Josh was a man of many talents including making glass blown art. But, more than anything Josh loved his family and friends. He was a proud uncle and made sure his loved ones knew he cared. He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived and missed by his mother, Veronica of Oregon; brother, Adam (Meghan) Wolbers of Chicago, nieces and nephew, Grace, Neal, and Evelyn; and many other family, friends, and loved ones. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Please check back for service details.
