Joshua Lochthowe

Joshua Ryan Lochthowe, age 31, was called to Heaven on Friday, September 20, 2024 in Minot, of natural causes.
Joshua Ryan Lochthowe was born on January 18th, 1993, the son of Justin J. Lochthowe and Ines Rossignol Lochthowe, in Minot.
Josh attended Des-Lacs Burlington public school and later transferred to Minot public schools.
Josh's grandparents farm was a place he loved to play as a child. Later in life it became his passion to work the farm. He began his working career at a young age on the Lochthowe farm. It was on the farm that he learned a vast knowledge of machinery, the ability to tinker and build things, and the value of hard work. In addition to farming, Josh worked for Green Brothers Landscape & Construction Company, Harley's Conoco, Keller Paving and Rod's Autobody. He also worked in an oil field and for a towing company.
Josh enjoyed motor-cross racing with his Dad, uncles, cousins and friends. Traveling throughout N.D., he won multiple trophies for his talents. Josh also enjoyed collecting toy tractors, working on automobiles, and mowing for his mother and the community. He had a loving heart and would assist anyone in need.
Josh was also a self-taught guitarist and played music with his friends. Josh was also very artistic and designed his own tattoos.
Josh recently met the love of his life Cadie Brunson and her children, Karsin Wayne and Kylee Jo. He loved being a father figure to the children and enjoyed family time. At the conclusion of the 2024 harvest season, Josh was planning to move to Wyoming to begin his next chapter.

Joshua Ryan was survived by his mother: Ines B. Rossignol, and his father: Justin J. (Terri Stevick) Lochthowe. His grandmothers, Mildred Lochthowe, and Ingeborg Rossignol. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: John W. Lochthowe and Joseph A. Rossignol. Uncle Joel Lochthowe and Cousin-in-law Darrick Rademacher.
Visitation: Friday, September 27, 2024, one hour prior to the service at the Journey Church, Minot, ND
Funeral Service: Friday, September 27, 2024 at 11 am at the Journey Church, Minot
Burial: A private family committal service will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Minot
