He is the beloved son of Martha Palmer and husband Tony of High View, WV, husband of Rebecca A. Roy, Maysville, WV, and father of Brooklyn Roy, Keyser, WV
Joshua was born February 7, 1985 in Cumberland, MD. He loved to travel and wanted to see the world. He was always ready to help anyone in need, loved driving truck and playing cards. He was loved by many and will be missed immensely.
Joshua is also survived by two sisters; Shanna Roy of McCoole, MD and Amanda; one brother Jimmy Roy and wife Christina of Keyser, WV; one step son, Dustin Ault and wife Lacey of Petersburg, WV; and one grandson; several nieces and nephews and many other family members.
Joshua was preceded in death by his father Alan Snodgress of Baltimore, MD and a stepdaughter Kelsey M. Ault of Petersburg, WV.
Friends will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Charlotte Cook officiating,
Interment will be in the Dolly Family Cemetery, Burlington, WV.
