Joshua Lee Samples, 44, of Louisville, Kentucky, left this world on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Born on November 19, 1980, in the heart of Louisville, he was the cherished son of Ernie and Darlene (Schultz) Samples, who fondly remember him, now he is joined with his loving mother in spirit.
A passionate supporter of the University of Kentucky and the Cincinnati Reds, . While he embraced a more private lifestyle in recent years, those closest to him—his beloved family—will forever hold onto the vibrant memories of a healthy and vibrant Josh.
He is survived by his devoted father, Ernie Samples; his daughters, Ciara (Adnan Ibrahim) Samples and Nevaeh Samples; and his grandchildren, Yaqub and Bayan Ibrahim. Josh also leaves behind his sister, Brandy (Paul deceased) Tungett, and his niece, Ashlie Tungett, along with a loving extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him dearly.
In honor of Josh's memory, the family requests contributions be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
