Joy Cote Obituary
Joy L Cote, 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at her daughter's house in Plainfield on Saturday, December 27, 2025.
She was born in Jordan, NY on July 5, 1964. After completing high school, Joy ended up coming to the Plainfield area where she worked for and managed a local Dunkin' Donuts for twenty years. Joy enjoyed being a free spirit helping in raising her grandchildren, doing tie-dye projects with them and basked in life itself.
Joy is survived by her children: Jennifer Pepperman, Sean Simmons, Nicole Carson; grandchildren; and a sundry of other family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date to be held in July at Joy's request.
