Mrs. Joy Gail Hudson Stephens, age 69, passed away at her residence on December 29, 2025. No services are scheduled at this time.
Mrs. Joy Gail Stephens was born March 21, 1956 in Savannah, Georgia to the late Joseph and Wilma Hudson. She was Baptist by Faith. She drove a pilot car for her husband and was the former owner of the restaurant “Sisters”.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Stephens. Her son; Richard Wigand (Lundy) of Ellaville. Her step-daughter Rebecca Royal (Zachary) of Ellaville. Her step-sons; Richard Stephens, Jr. (Christie) of Ellaville, Joey Stephens (Kelly) of Ellaville, and Jeremy Stephens (Ami) of Ellaville. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son; Sean Freeman. Along with her siblings; Danny Hudson, Joseph Hudson, Connie Hudson, Sandra Willis.
