Loving wife of the late John E. Barber. Cherished mother of John Jr. (Jodi) Barber, Tamara (Richard) Hitch, Laura (Robert) Blonde, and Steven (Mildred) Barber. Proud grandmother of Jayme, Sarah, John, Jeremy, Matthew, Kyle, Juan, Megan, Alexis and Xavier and 20 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her sister Audrey and her great-grandson Leonardo Miguel.
Joyce was born January 14, 1937 in Detroit, MI the daughter of the late Fredrick and Bertha Wainwright. She married her husband John E. Barber and together shared seventy years of happiness.
Visitation will be held from 3pm-9pm Friday, March 6, 2026 with a Funeral Service the following day Saturday, March 7, 2026 10am at Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons Inc., (Shelby) 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Rd. Interment to take place Christian Memorial Gardens, Rochester Hills, MI.
