Joyce Ann Biddle-Mulhern, of Georgetown, Delaware, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the age of 73.

Joyce was born on September 19, 1952, in Wilmington, Delaware, attended Colwyck Elementary School in New Castle and Delcastle Technical High School in Wilmington. Joyce dedicated her life to her family and friends. She will be fondly remembered for her warm smile, generous spirit, love of family, quick wit, and unwavering kindness.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Martina Biddle, and brother Chuck. Joyce is survived by her beloved husband of 30 years, Richard L. Mulhern; her son, Keith Wilson; her daughter-in-law, Danielle Wilson; her daughter, Jessica Brown; stepson, Richard A. Mulhern; stepdaughters, Shannon and Wendi Mulhern; grandchildren, Aughtum, Alisha, Meredith, Ryan, and Reid; and great-grandchildren, Maeve and Mason.

Joyce had a fulfilling career that encompassed bookkeeping, accounting, and her dog grooming business. In addition to her professional life, she found great joy in spending time with family and friends.

A memorial service honoring Joyce's life will be held at Melson's Funeral Chapel, 32013 Long Neck Road, Millsboro, Delaware, on November 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome to attend.

Joyce will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live in the hearts of her family and friends.
