Joyce was born June 3, 1931, in Northfield, Ohio to the late Louis and Fern (nee Pontius) Ozmun. She is the beloved wife of the late Norris W. Boulton; mother of James (Lu Liu) Boulton and the late Randi Theodosion and David L. Boulton; grandmother of MoMo; sister of the late Louis D. Ozmun and Charles W. Ozmun.
Private family services were held with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Boston Heights, Ohio.
