Joyce Elaine was born on August 6,1969 to Mr. Johnnie L Bell of Waynesboro, Ga and Ms. Thelma B, Fluellen of Columbus, Ohio. Joyce attend Burke County School. She accepted Christ later in life and was baptized at Second McCoy Baptist Church. Love found her in life were their she started her own Legacy. She had five Beautiful children too cherish her memory Mr. Corey D Scott Sr., Ms Deetria L Scott of Columbus, Ohio Mr. Terry C Horne Jr., Ms. Tiffany M Scott, Ms. Joycelyn Scott of Macon, Ga. Grandchildren: Ju'Mayaih Davis,Corey D. Scott Jr,Cortney Scott, Coreyonn Scott, Ta'Narial Scott, Cortney Scott, Corionna Scott, Jo" Terrion Harri, Shaniyah Green, Antwaion Anderson, Genesis Anderson and Special daughter Ms.Ambrosia Taylor
Joyce was full of Love and Leaves behind a fond Memories. She love Children, Cooking, Eating having fun going to the fair, Jazz Festival, Playing games fishing telling jokes & Stories about the things she did in and out of time. She was always a phone call away if you knew the right phone to call. Joyce will always call to talk just so you will know she was thinking about you. She love life she always had something to do or some where to go. Joyce Love her children and more then anything them Grands I tell you. But her parenting was a Unique & Beauty Love like no other. But now that I have Gone to My New home Don't Cry for Me...You and I know I was fell with Life Love 7Laughter. So now I go to My New House plenty of flowers ad Streets of Gold. I have found my way, Don't be Sad Because I have The Love Of God and God's Love in me.
Joyce was outgoing and outspoken as she was a warrior. Nothing could hold her back,I mean nothing she set her mind to you ask she came.She was always willing to help the best she could even when she was sick herself. She comfort you the best way she knew how even if it meant giving you the shirt or dress off her back
Tomorrow ain't Promise to know one. Just know I Love and I love hard Don't Cry for Me. Enjoy the time in this life you spent with me. Until we meet again. I will Always Love YOU!
