Joyce was a resident of Texas City for 25 years, formerly of Galveston. She was a Crossing Guard for GISD and she worked at Kay's Liquor and was a Grocery Store Clerk.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Pete Ciranni, daughters; Karen Gaither and Rhonda Stevens Cuyos, brother Leonard Perry and grandson George Darras. Joyce is survived by her daughter Brenda Langford, sister Barbara Hartnett and grandchildren Shannon Stevens Butler, Kenneth Stevens and wife Cecilia, 4 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
