Joyce Laverne Davis

Joyce Laverne Sego Davis, age 99, of Haskell, Texas, was given her promotion to Heaven on Thursday, February 5, 2026. She was a lifelong resident of Haskell, Texas. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Fellowship Baptist Church, Haskell, Texas. The memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Josh Fitchett officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Cemetery under the direction of Haskell Funeral Home, 2 Ave. D.

Joyce was born on October 23, 1926 to Hubert and Ethel Sego. She adored and loved her 3 sisters, with one surviving sister and brother-in-law. She married the love of her life, Joe H. Davis, on June 2, 1944. Together they built a beautiful life together with 2 children, 3 grandchildren, and 2 granddaughter-in-laws and 7 great grandchildren. They enjoyed 66 wonderful years together.

Joyce was a loving, caring, gentle, compassionate, and devoted and faithful servant to her family, friends, church and Savior.
