Joyce Dowell Obituary
Mrs. Joyce Raley Dowell, age 74, of Waverly, Tennessee, passed away Monday, June 9, 2025, at TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, Tennessee. Mrs. Dowell was born August 2, 1950, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Harold and Mildred Thomas Raley. Joyce retired from Wal-Mart after 30 years of service. She loved talking and playing games on her cell phone. Facebook was an enjoyable pastime for her. Joyce especially loved and adored her precious granddaughter, Brooklyn.
Joyce Dowell will be cremated, and no services are planned at her request.
