Joyce Carol Einhorn, cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2025, at the age of 77 in High Point, North Carolina. Born on November 3, 1947, in Teaneck, New Jersey, Joyce lived a life full of love, dedication, and quiet joys.

Joyce was a devoted homemaker for most of her life, where she lovingly nurtured her family. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Executive Assistant with Grand Union, a retail grocery business, where she contributed her skills with diligence and grace.

A woman of many talents, Joyce found joy in knitting, crocheting, and painting, arts she practiced with passion and creativity. She delighted in solving crossword and jigsaw puzzles, was an avid reader, and spent hours studying the Bible. Her favorite moments were those spent walking in the park, especially during the vibrant colors of fall.

Joyce was a dedicated member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in High Point, where her faith and community were central to her life.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leonard Einhorn, and her sister, Jeanette Coppa. Joyce is survived by her loving daughters, Karen Barton of High Point, North Carolina, and Michele Villano of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Her memory will also be cherished by her grandchildren, Evan Reid Barts, Lauren Barts, and Amanda Villano; her brother, Joseph Defeo and his wife, Angela; and her brother-in-law, Dominic Coppa; her caretaker and friend, Grushia Mboup.

A graveside memorial service to honor Joyce's life will be held at a later date at Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, North Carolina.
