Joyce Ann Grob, age 63, of Merrill, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, WI, after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born on October 25, 1962 to the late Robert and Mae (Iwen) Woller in Merrill, WI and was baptized into Christ at St. Stephen’s United Church of Christ in Merrill, WI. Joyce attended Merrill High School. She met Rob, fell in love and were united in marriage on March 16, 1994, in Merrill. Sadly, Rob passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018.
Joyce worked at Weinbrenner Shoe Factory in Merrill, WI for many years in the cutting room. She was an avid Packers and Brewers fan and looked forward to getting together with family. Joyce liked to play croquet and reading romance novels. She enjoyed taking trips to the casinos and playing board games and cards. She especially enjoyed playing cribbage with her nieces and nephews. Joyce liked attending birthday parties and holiday gatherings. She loved her family and her dog, Spikey, dearly and they will miss her very much.
Joyce leaves behind her siblings: Gene (Bonnie) Woller, Pat (Yvonne) Woller, Tim (Tammy) Woller, Mark Woller and Tammy Woller, as well as sister-in-law: Mary Woller, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is further survived by her loyal canine companion, Spikey. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband: Robert “Rob” “Bert” Grob, brothers: Robert Woller Jr. and Dale Woller, sister-in-law: Bonnie Woller, great niece: Sabreenah and her fur baby: Reggie.
A time of visitation and gathering will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at Taylor-Stine-Waid Funeral Home, 301 Eagle Drive, in Merrill, with a burial at Merrill Memorial Park Cemetery immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations in Joyce’s name be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society, for her love of animals.
