Joyce Haley Obituary
She was a retired secretary working for attorney offices and was of the Christian faith.
Joyce was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on April 16, 1945 the daughter of the late John and Marie Blackburn Comer.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jo Ann Coffey.
She is survived by her daughter, Angie McCoy and son in law, Freddie of Pikeville, Kentucky, grandson, Freddie "Hobo" McCoy (Molly) of Georgetown, Kentucky, two great-grandchildren, Jaxon Cade McCoy and Archer Hayes McCoy.
She is also survived by two sisters, Phyllis Haynes of Pikeville, Kentucky and Janet Caudill (Phil) of Galion, Ohio and also her beloved fur baby, Maggie.
Graveside Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at Johnson Memorial Park with Bobby Boyd officiating.
