Joyce A. Hawk

Joyce A. Hawk, 94, of Columbus, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026. Born in Trenton, Joyce was a longtime resident of both Groveville and Cranbury. Joyce and her late husband of 62 years, Donald Hawk, co-owned the Princeton Dairy Queen.

Joyce was a quiet soul who valued her privacy, yet those who knew her well cherished her sharp wit and lively spirit. She enjoyed car rides, especially looking for deer and beautiful flowers along the way. Her warmth, subtle humor, and playful energy were gifts she shared generously with family and close friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Hawk, in 2013, and her beloved daughter, Judy Hawk, who passed away in 2022. Judy was her entire world, and she loved her deeply. Her family finds comfort in knowing they are reunited once again.

She is survived by her son, Richard D. Hawk of Southampton, NJ; her granddaughter, Cindy Woodhull, and her husband Adam, of Marlton, NJ, and their children Charlotte, Jack, and Ben, with whom she shared a particularly close bond; and her grandson, Steven Hawk, and his wife Samantha, of Bordentown, NJ, and their children Joseph, Samantha, and Theodore. Joyce will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her family.

Services will be privately held.
