She is survived by one daughter: Karen (Michael) Goodlett and one son: Richard Gayle Johnson; four grandchildren; Lynette (Nick) McKinney, Hope (Darren) Ransdell, Leslye (Clay) Turner and Sessani (Kevin) Withers; nine great grandchildren; Brantley, Hailey, Conley & Judley McKinney, Bella & Reese Ransdell, Taylor & Brooklyn Withers and Judewynn Turner; one brother in law; Elton Johnson and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her Sisters, Emma Dee West, Frances Cox and Aileen Cloyd and daughter in law Judy Johnson.
The funeral will be held 1pm on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E. Lexington Street, Harrodsburg, KY with Derek Baker, Trent Baker and Rich Mardis officiating. Burial will follow at Mayo Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 5 - 8 PM at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E. Lexington St., Harrodsburg, KY.
Active Pallbearers: Kevin Withers, Nick McKinney, Brantley McKinney, Darren Ransdell, Clay Turner and Wesley Johnson. Pallbearers: Michael Goodlett, Sessani Withers, Lynette McKinney, Bella Ransdell, Taylor Withers, Hailey McKinney, Judley McKinney, William Elton Johnson, Elton Johnson, Hope Ransdell, Lesley Turner, Reese Ransdell, Brooklyn Withers, Conley McKinney and Judewynn Turner. Honorary Pallbearers: All nieces and nephews, Dallas and Glenda Waterfill, Rodney and Mary Thompson, Jimmy Sexton, Jerry and Regina Shelly, Dennis and Karen Curtsinger, Ralph and Judy Henselman.
Memorials have been suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis TN, 38105 and Heritage Hospice, 102 Enterprise Drive, Danville KY 40422.
