Survivors in addition to his wife, Elma Faye Hartman Raley, include a daughter: Elma Denise Gamble (Tony) of Harrodsburg, and three sons: Gary Dale Raley, James Ralph Raley (Crystal) both of Harrodsburg and Nick Raley (Sophie) of Salvisa. He has fifteen grandchildren: Lilly Jo Raley, Matthew Allen Raley, Gabriel Wayne Gamble, Andrew Wesley Gamble, Rebecca Denise Gamble, Jamie May Raley, Jacob Tyler Raley, Brooklyn Grace Raley, Carson Blake Raley, Justin Wayne Hamner, Brent Andrew Langham, Lillian Rebecca Langham, Drake Lee Raley, Lucas Charles Raley and Isaac David-Bryant Raley; four great grandchildren, Sawyer, Persephone & Sammy Higgins; and One on the Way. Gary was preceded in death by a grandson: James Russell Gamble and five siblings.
Visitation will be from 10 am - 1 pm Tuesday; October 7 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Funeral services will follow at 1 pm, conducted by Michael Conover Burial will follow in the Gamble Cemetery on East Lane, Harrodsburg, KY.
Pallbearers will be: Gary Raley, James Raley, Nick Raley, Gabriel Gamble, Andrew Gamble, Tony Gamble, Brent Britton, Michael Cooley, Gary Gamble and Paul Hartman.
Memorials are suggested to: American Cancer Society.
