Joyce Broesche Lambrecht, age 89, passed away peacefully at home on January 15, 2026.
Joyce was born October 3, 1936 in Washington County, where she grew up. She moved to Burleson County in 1954 where she worked as a tax preparer for many years. She was a member of Lone Oak Baptist Church. Joyce enjoyed music, cooking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her brother, Donald Broesche of Burton; sister, Marilyn Rubach and husband Bobby of Snook; and her children, Kermit Ray Maass of Snook and daughters, Debra Harmel of Burton, Brenda Vajdak of Bryan, and Kathy Ondras of Snook. She is also survived by grandchildren Keith Vajdak, Amber and Cam Schluens, Jennifer and Brad Glaesmann, Kayla and Doug Stanley and Brooke and Zach Weise; and by great grandchildren, Caden and Cooper Schluens, Bailey and Brenna Glaesmann, April Vajdak, Gable and Emmy Weise and Logan Stanley.
Joyce's wish of cremation will be left to the care of Memorial Oaks Chapel. The family will celebrate her life privately.
