Joyce Anne Macfarlane

MACFARLANE, JOYCE ANNE, age 87 of Waterford, formerly of Commerce Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 13, 2024. She was born on October 21, 1936 in Brackenridge, PA, daughter of the late Paul and Dorothy (Yingst) Rehner, Jr. Joyce worked at PNC Bank for over 20 years and was an honorary member of the Commerce Township Goodfellows. She always said she would never deprive herself of anything – and she kept her word! Joyce didn't hold a grudge, was a mother figure to many, and was deeply loved by those who knew her. She leaves to cherish in her memory, her daughter, Dawn (C.J.) Willis; grandchildren: Erik and Troy (Justina), and great grandchildren: Taylor and Peyton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Macfarlane; son, Paul Macfarlane; sister, Paula Rehner; and cousin, Sally Rehner. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make a memorial contribution to Lourdes Senior Community in honor of Joyce.
