Joyce Mantz Obituary

On Tuesday, September 23,2025 the soul of Joyce L. "Clark" Mantz of Panama City, gained her heavenly reward.
Joyce was a devoted military wife, mother, and grandmother. She married James "Jim" Mantz in June,1954. They were married 46 years when Jim passed away February 2001.
Joyce is survived by her brothers Fred Clark (Bonnie) and Richard Clark (Marfessa deceased); son, James B. "Brad" Mantz (Jo); daughter, Joy Evans (Delmar), both of Panama City; 5 grandchildren, Joshua Mantz (Silvia), Heidi Hoffman (Salvatore), Heather Cook (Alex), Justin Evans, Tarin Acaron (Juan); and 5 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Mantz; parents Fred and Opal Clark; brother, Shelburn Clark and (Catherine); sister-in-law, Marfessa Clark.
Graveside service will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
