Joyce C. Mattimore, 89, of North Syracuse, passed away on November 22, 2024.
Joyce was born on August 16, 1935, in Endicott, New York to Grant and Lelah Griffith.
Joyce retired from the Hall and Zerillo Law Firm after 30 years. She enjoyed singing with the church choir and community chorus in her free time. Joyce loved spending time with her family and being home with her husband, Tom, and her dog, Molly.
Her sister, Lois Barnes, and two nephews, Larry and Greg Ferguson, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Tom Mattimore; daughter, Carrie Stethers; two sons, Christopher Casteline and Joel Mattimore; three granddaughters, Sarah Stethers, Kristin Tucker and Isabella Agan; grandson, Cody Casteline; two great granddaughters, Erie Cole and Emberly Cole; and nephew, Kurt Ferguson.
Family and friends may call on Monday, December 2, 2024 from 4 - 7pm at New Comer Cremations & funerals, 705 N. Main St N. Syracuse, NY. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00am at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 7444 Buckley Rd Liverpool, NY with burial to follow at 12:30pm in North Syracuse Cemetery, 555 S Bay Rd, North Syracuse, NY 13212
