Joyce Marie Scull

Joyce Marie Sparks Scull, 62, widow of Michael Scull, died Monday, December 23rd, 2024 in Mercer County. Born February 7, 1962 in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Alice Dean Sparks. She was a retired Yokohama Employee, a member of the Mt. Pleasant Church and she enjoyed hunting and being outdoors.
Survivors include one son: Michael Scull of Morehead; two brothers: Ronnie Sparks of Millington, Tennessee and Connie (Joann)Sparks of Lawrenceburg; two sisters: Barbara Turpin Harrodsburg and Elizabeth Hale of Harrodsburg; two grandchildren: Michael Dylan Sagracy and Khristian Tyler Sagracy and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one daughter: Amanda Watts; two brothers: Marvin Sparks and Edward Sparks, Jr.; one sister: Edna Lister and one niece: Tracy Lister.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2025 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Derek Baker officiating. Burial will be in the Kirkwood Baptist Church Cemetery with Kendall Rogers, Keith Driscoll, Dakota Goodlett, Eddie Horn, Anthony Lathrem, Jason Wilson, Greg Robey and Rick Carey serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 p,m. Thursday and after 7:00 a.m. Friday at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Services.
