Joyce Slaton Obituary
Her wishes were to be cremated and the family will hold a celebration of life at alater date. Arrangements are under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
Joyce was born April 7, 1942 in Sweetwater, TX. to the late Doug Douglas and Mildred Beatrice Ward. She married Travis Slaton on April 18, 1958 in Sweetwater. Joyce lived most of her life in Sweetwater and was a homemaker.
Joyce is survived by her son Ronnie Slaton of Sweetwater; daughters Teresa Lopez and husband Nick of Westbrook, Kristie Hall and husband Joe of Sweetwater, Sheila Pruitt and husband Roger of Midland; twelve grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Travis on July 23, 2017.
