Joyce Theriot Obituary
Funeral services celebrating the life of Joyce Diane Kinney Theriot, 62, of Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 21, 2023, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe, L A with Rev. Ricky Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA.
Mrs. Theriot was born in Houston, TX on August 2, 1961, and passed away at her residence in Monroe, LA on August 18, 2023. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her mother, Georgia Loretta Kinney; father, Pearl Wright Kinney, Sr.; sister, Joan Loretta Kinney Johnston; brother, John William Kinney, James Franklin Kinney, and Billy Wright Kinney and great niece, Emily Claire Snyder.
Survivors include her loving husband, John Christopher “Chris” Theriot; son, William Cody Theriot (Christy); grandchildren, Caiden Theriot Toups (Spencer), Triston Eli Theriot, Olivia Grace Marie Theriot (Gracie), Emma Rose Jackson, Jack Stonewall Jackson, Makayla Muir, and Steve Muir; brother, Pearl Wright Kinney, Jr. (Phyllis); nephew, Brandon DeShane West; nieces, Bridget Nicole Kinney Snyder (Casey); great nephews, Cody Snyder and Caleb Snyder; great nieces, Ryleigh Barnes, Graceigh Barnes, and Elleigh Barnes.
Pallbearers will be Joe Jackson, Jeffrey Fox, Caiden Toups, Spencer Toups, Eli Theriot, and Cody Theriot.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe, LA.
