Joyce is survived by her daughter, Terry Kissel (Warren); two sons, William L. Whitt, Jr. (Chris) and Timothy Floyd Vance (Garrett); four grandchildren, Tammy Foster (Clifford), Amy Clark, Megan Whitt, and Ryan Whitt; and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband; a sister, Vivian Mapp (John); and two brothers, Stanley Sanders (Shelby) and Robert Sanders.
Burial will be in the Whitt Family Cemetery in Wrigley, KY.
