Joyce Wiley Obituary
Born in Doylestown, Joyce grew up in Lambertville and graduated from South Hunterdon Regional High School in West Amwell Township. She was employed in customer service for several companies. She also worked at Pine Run Senior Living Lakeview in Doylestown as a nursing assistant.
Joyce was an animal lover. She had a ready smile and a quick laugh. She enjoyed solving crossword puzzles and visiting craft fairs. A devoted aunt, she liked spending time with her nieces and their families. Joyce was always willing to lend a helping hand. She previously was an active member of the Lambertville-New Hope Rescue Squad.
Joyce was the daughter of the late Grant and Delores Conner Wiley. She is survived by her sisters Joan S. Wiley of Plumsteadville and Virginia Sodi and her husband Michael of Doylestown; her nieces and their husbands Tara and Steve Voorhees of Doylestown and Valerie and Christopher Salvatico of Furlong, PA; her great nephew Ian Voorhees and great nieces Ella Voorhees and Ayla Salvatico.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December7, 2024 at 10 am at Holcombe-Riverview Cemetery, Route 29, Lambertville, NJ 08530.
Donations in Joyce's memory may be made to the Bucks County SPCA, 1665 Street Road, Lahaska, PA 18938.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, Lambertville, NJ 08530.
