With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Johnny Rosales Andrade, 94, who departed this life peacefully on Monday, July 28, 2025, in San Angelo.

Rosary will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Mass will be at 10:00 AM Friday, August 1, 2025, at Holy Angels Catholic Church with Very Rev. Santiago Udayar, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Military Honor Guard is afforded by Fort Cavazos Military Honor Guard Team.

Mr. Andrade was born March 30, 1931 in Coleman to the late Francisco and Eulalia Andrade. Johnny proudly served in the US Army attained the rank of Master Sergeant during his eight years of honorable service. After his miliary career, Johnny transitioned into civilian life as a gifted automobile mechanic and business owner of Angelo Import Car Repair, specializing in foreign cars. Johnny ran his own successful shop, known throughout the community for his precision, honesty, and unwavering work ethic. Johnny married Alicia Serrano on December 17, 1965. Johnny will be remembered for his quite strength, steady presence, and a life devoted to service, first to his country, and then to his family and community. His legacy of integrity, love, and hard work lives on in all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his wife, Alicia Andrade; his children, Richard Hogeda, Gloria Saenz and husband Rolando and Elva Harness and husband Gary; 11 grandchildren, Raymond Villanueva, Dito Saenz, Aaron Harness, Emily Bond, Lisa Hogeda, Eric Hogeda, Noe Hogeda, Jr., Stephanie Hogeda, Richard James Hogeda, Michael Harness, and Jeremy Hogeda. Johnny was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Andrade; his sister, Ellia Perez; and a son, Noe Hogeda, Sr.
