Juan Hernandez Delgado, a cherished member of the Madera community and a beacon of kindness, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025, at the age of 89. Born on August 10, 1936, in Mexico, Juan's journey led him to Madera, California, where he became a beloved resident for over five decades.

Juan's life was marked by his unwavering devotion to his family, friends, and faith. He was the loving husband of the late Mary Delgado, whose memory he held close to his heart until his final days. Juan's legacy continues through his stepson, John Murillo, his niece, Susan Nieto, and his nephew, John Anthony Nieto. His warmth and guidance will be deeply missed by his three grandchildren, Manuel Gallegos, Joanna Del Toro, and Mark Gallegos, who will carry forward the values he instilled in them.

Throughout his life, Juan was known for his friendly demeanor and his ability to make those around him feel loved and valued. Juan was a very hard worker. His work history reflects a man dedicated to his craft and to the service of others. Whenever anyone needed his help fixing irrigation lines, he was always there to lend a helping hand. On his spare time, Juan loved to work on his truck and play scratch cards to see if he won any money.

As we bid farewell to Juan Hernandez Delgado, we celebrate a life lived with purpose and love. He was a man who touched the lives of many and whose spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him. Juan's memory will be cherished and honored by all who were graced by his kindness and friendship.
