It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juanita Marie Betts Bingham Riggs on September 10, 2025 at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Bessie Betts; her first husband of 56 years, Don Bingham; her son Gerald David Bingham; her brothers LC and James; her sisters Ray, Catherine, Mildred, and Shirley.
Juanita was born in Arkansas on November 25th, 1929. She married Don Bingham on March 29th, 1947. They were married until his death in 2003. On May 16th,2009, Juanita married Dick Riggs. They were married for 16 years, until her death. He was a devoted husband, friend, dance partner, slot machine buddy, and caretaker. In her final days, she and Dick attended the T3C Cowboy Church in Terrell Texas.
Juanita is survived by husband Dick Riggs; her brother John D. Betts; her son Jimmy Don Bingham (& Nancy); daughter-in-law Kay Bingham (& Steve); Step-son Don Riggs (& Donna); Step son Duane Riggs (& Deanna); Step-daughter Dena Beddow (& Mike).
Juanita is also survived by two grandchildren, Craig Bingham (& Kim> and Lisa Bingham; eight Step-grandchildren Ricky, Zach, Nickie, Danielle, Michael Duane, JR, Laura. and Drew.
Juanita is survived by two great grandchildren: Jeffery and Dustin; twelve step great grandchildren; Ethan, Kennedy, Camryn, Chloe, Marley, Aubree, Kambree, Easton, Kason, Kylan, Theo, and Bobbie.
Juanita is survived by four great great grandchildren: Adalyn, Emma, Wade, and Jameson Juanita's life has been blessed by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Her 95 years of living included skating, bowling, gardening, cooking, sewing, crafts, dancing, RV traveling, and spending time with family.
