Juanita Huskey Center, age 91, of Chatsworth, GA, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Barney and Gladys Thomason; husbands, Clell Huskey Sr. and Arvil Center; sons, Clell Huskey Jr., David Huskey, and Staff Sgt. Charles Huskey; daughter, Marsha Hyde; and grandson, Benjamin Hyde.
She is survived by her son, Eddie Huskey of Chattanooga, TN; daughters and son-in-law, Sharon and Larry Green, and Sandra Battles of Chatsworth, GA; stepchildren, Nathan Center, Andy Center, Elaine Jones and Rebecca Ownby; grandchildren, Holli Neil, Brandi Green, Deana Smith, Angela Huskey, and Austin Center; great-grandchildren, Isabella Neil, and Addison Neil; special friend, Doris Crowe of Abingdon, VA; Nieces and nephews also survive.
The family would like to thank the staff of Amedisys Hospice for the excellent care they gave to Juanita.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Green and Chaplain Scott McMillan officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour of 1:00 PM.
Burial will be held in West Hill Cemetery.
