Juanita Dyer, age 83, of Dalton, Ga. passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. She was born April 25, 1941. She was preceded in death by her husband, McKinley P. Dyer; parents, Amos and Pearl "Smith" Rogers; brother, Jerry Rogers; sister, Helen Langston, brother in-law, Larry Guthrie.
She is survived by her sons, Kenneth and Donnia Dyer, Roger and Jessica Dyer, Anthony Dyer and Tina Shelton; Daughters, Mary Williams, Karen Green and Howard Rogers; sister, Wilma Guthrie; sister in-law, Joanne Rogers; grandchildren, Kendra Rievley, Dallas Williams, Will Williams, Maria and Jason Webb, Amanda Green, McKinsey Green, Kevin Massengale, Kyle Massengale, Katriscia Allgood, Charity Dyer, Keegan Rogers, Cheyenne Rogers; great grandchildren, Ryan Rievley, Lucas Rievley, Kinley Brook Webb, Miles Green, Dakota Massengale, Shawna Massengale, Donnie Massengale, Daniel Massengale, Rosalee Massengale, Liam Massengale, Johnny Massingale, Kyle Massengale, Jaxon Massengale, Charlie Allgood, Riley Allgood, Grayson Allgood, Adalyn Allgood, Faylie Finnegan, Janey Williams; brother in-law, Dan Langston; special mention Randy and Trish Dyer; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Juanita Dyer will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, June 24, 2024 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Shane Williams and Pastor Matt Harris officiating. Interment will be at Harmony Grove.
The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Monday, June 24, 2024 at Dalton Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S. Glenwood Ave. Dalton, GA 30721; 706-529-5371.
