She was preceded in death by her father, Malcolm Allen, Jr., her mother, Estelle Foard Allen and her sister, Sandra Deering.
She is survived by brothers, Malcolm (Debby) Allen and Michael Allen; sisters, Barbara (Tommy) Carter and Debbie Hastings; Niece, Ashley Dewey; as well as many other loved and cherished nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the Brittian family, Ella McBee at LeBel, and all the staff at Smoky Mountain Home Health & Hospice.
Judy requested no service. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to: The Morristown Hamblen Humane Society.
