Judith “Judy” Clare Cannon, 82, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, entered eternal life on November 24, 2025, at her home, surrounded by loved ones, after a lengthy illness. Judy was a loving sister, aunt, and friend. She was a 1962 graduate of Saint Anthony High School and attended Baton Rouge Draughn Business School. Judy was a supervisor at Audubon Insurance followed by AIG. She enjoyed spending time with family, doing jigsaw and crossword puzzles, traveling and was an avid LSU sports fan.
Judy is survived by her sister, Theresa Cannon of Baton Rouge; brother, David Cannon (Gale) of Ruston; nephews, Allen Cannon (Pamela), and Eric Cannon (Marilyn); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Lawrence and Essie Cannon; sister, Charlotte Hollier; sister-in-law, Cheryl H. Cannon; and nephew Jason Hollier.
Visitation will be held at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
Special thanks to her caregivers Tyanne Anderson, Madison Danna, Dr. John Marston, and Hospice of Baton Rouge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or your favorite charity.
