Judith Dixon Cosper, age 79, of Tollesboro, Kentucky, passed away Friday, November 28, 2025, at The Lodge Nursing & Rehab Center, in Loveland, Ohio, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Monday, February 4, 1946, in Mason County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Wayne and Ruth Cooper Dixon.
Judith was a member of Cornerstone Community Church, in Tollesboro, Kentucky, and loved volunteering at her church. She retired from Lewis County School System, where she impacted the lives of many children. She enjoyed reading, working puzzles, taking care of her pets and most of all, spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Shane Cosper; one sister, Lynda Dixon and one nephew, Rodney Kent Oliver.
Judith was survived by one son, Ronald (Abbe) Sexton of Milford, Ohio; one daughter, Rhonda (Jeff) Roberts of Ewing, Kentucky; 4 grandchildren, Alex (Derck) Herald, Jeremy (Natalie) Moore, Aaron Sexton, Aidan Sexton; 4 great-grandchildren, Kaden Herald, Kinsley Herald, Hudson Moore, Maelynn Moore, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 12 noon, Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 11918 KY 57, Tollesboro, Kentucky with Brother Kent Moore and Brother Jeremy Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Garden of Memories in Mason County.
Friends may visit after 10 a.m., Saturday, December 6, 2025, until the service hour at Tollesboro Funeral Home.
Aaron Sexton, Aidan Sexton, Jeff Hardymon, Keith Baldwin, Brian Spence and Derck Herald will serve as pallbearers.
Jeff Roberts and Jr. Caskey will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services is honored to serve the family of Judith Dixon Cosper. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Cornerstone Community Church.
