Judith Damian

Judith (Judy) Damian, 78, of Port Saint Lucie, FL, passed away on February 5, 2026 at Treasure Coast Hospice with her daughter and granddaughter by her side.

Judy was born on February 13, 1947 in New York City (Manhattan) to parents Justo Velez Cruz and Felicita Romero Rosario. She was the middle child in her family. Over time, they moved throughout the New York boroughs and were always close to their extended family.

She enjoyed the arts, music, and loved her culture. She met her husband Amado Damian in 1964. They were blessed with their daughter Jackie Damian in 1967, and relocated shortly after her birth to Miami, Florida. They steadily moved northward to Wellington, Lake Worth, Jupiter, and Port St Lucie making new friends along the way.

Judy will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her ever-present smile, and her loving, nurturing spirit that made all who knew her feel valued and cared for. She is dearly missed as she leaves her legacy of a beautiful, loving family to continue the traditions passed on.

Judith is survived by her siblings Peggy, Carol, and Elliot; her daughter Jacqueline; her two grandchildren Armando and Amanda, and her four great grandchildren whom she cherished, Ellie, Cece, Mae, and Elena.

A funeral mass will be held on March 7, 2026 11:00 AM at Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Winter Park, Florida.
